School Bits…

Later, it was Laugh-in, Ed SullivanRed Skelton and I love Lucy. However, the biggest event TV spectacular was the assassination of US President John F. Kennedy. I was in grade 12, and just getting out of history class, when the news of the assassination was announced. The whole school became quiet, except for many of the students and teacher crying. The world was in turmoil.
